This greeting card collection is one of those projects that began out of my own wishing-for-something (which I always think is a good beginning, because that means other people are probably wishing for the same thing.)
In this case, I was wishing for a well-rounded little stash of cards that would be suitable for lots of different occasions, and I couldn't seem to find anything that fit the bill.
So I decided to remedy that! Thinking loosely about the motifs of old calling cards/trade cards, I worked on lots of different designs and lettering.
Here are the five card designs that made the cut & will be in this little occasion card collection:
They'll be petite, folded cards on my favorite uncoated stock, and come in a set of ten (two of each design) so you'll be prepared for almost any occasion.
I started working on these cards a little bit ago, and I was waiting 'til I sent them off to the printer to share them. I am really pleased to post them finally!
There are a few more things along these lines that I'm excited to share, too.
