Poppy

Poppy 8"x10"x2" Acrylic on Canvas
Another new painting with more pretty flora in it!
Ahhh...this was such an exciting week, but I have to admit that I'm glad that it's mostly over. I want to spend the next 3 days just making and spending as little time reading/answering email as possible, and finish up the other paintings I'm working on. Being a busy bee making doll-parts is one thing, being busy trying desperately to stay on-top of emails is quite another! One makes me happy, the other makes me crazy.
Happy Weekend to you, and I'll be back for more posting tomorrow.

Happy weekend to you to :)
It has been such exciting week! Congrats again and I love adorable little poppy! Spring is almost here and I can't wait!
Have fun and relax!

Ha! It makes me crazy, too!
This little girl is so sweet. I'm going to have to bring her home with me. Poppies are dear to me, because my lovely grandmother, who we lost last year was nick-named Poppy. We wear them on our lapels instead of pink ribbons to remember the fight for cancer research.

She's a beauty!
I agree with you on the doll and email thing!
The crafting part is so much fun, but keeping track of emails and orders and stuff can be nutty! Shipping isn't fun either. :)
Loved seeing you on Martha!

This is one of my favorite, if not my absolute favorite, paintings that you've ever done. She is LOVELY.
Please, please, please consider doing the Wednesday update after business hours so that those of us who have no internet access at work have a chance at her?
Please, oh please?
Congrats again on your thrilling week, but mostly on creating this gorgeous painting.
