Just recovering a little

Miette currently looks like this, because he is recovering from his big day at the vet right now (he had the "fixing" surgery today) and a few other little, healthy, but never-the-less scary things done to him. So he's healthy, all stitched up, worn out and crashing on the record player.

I'm recovering from the Monday + Tuesday sale's orders (and will still be under the mail room pile for the next few days, though I can see the light now!).  A batch will go out tomorrow (as it did today, and yesterday) and then there will be one more big one for the weekend's duties.

I'm sorry it's so boring here right now...but I promise this won't turn into www.cutepicturesofmycat.com. Just bear with the cute cat pictures while I play catch up.

That is the perfect picture of a cat recovering from "snipping". He looks relaxed and a bit pensive, wondering what they did while he was sleeping that makes him feel... different. :) I had a cat that walked funny for weeks and kept shaking his back legs like something was missing.

little chaps recover really quickly from the op - i used to work in a vets and it is such a quick operation - i send him gentle hugs x

I don't mind! Poor Miette. But he's so darn cute on that record player. I know how he feels - well, sort of - I just got a major adjustment yesterday and I've been doing the same thing. Record player and all ;)

Aw... sweet Miette. He can't help but look all handsome, even when he's under the weather. Congrats on the successful sale! I could just see the virtual shoppers lined up around the block; some camped out with their sleeping bags from the night before. :)

(And in case Emily is stuck mailing in perpetuity, re: the paint, I'm fairly certain I've read her say the room was already that color when she moved in. Dreamy.)

Come on sweety, I know what is it to have a pet recovering from a big surgery. My little adorable dog had a bad tumour about 6 month ago, she was all shaved, it was a so sad week for us. So I feel your pain with your little Miette, no need to apologize for posting about the kitty! Wish you better days soon! full of light too ;)
