Here they are, deliberating on whether or not to make the leap off of the tall, tall tower.
Contemplating the Great Button Heist of 2006.
The little beret-wearing Franz is dwarfed by spools!
Making a quick getaway! Go, Franz, Go!
Happy Fourth, and while I'm at it...thank you so much for all of the incredible kindness and indignation you poured into your comments about the other day's thievery. What a group of blog-friends I have in you all! These two are about to make their grand appearance in the Black Apple shop, and tomorrow the Little Moth will be restocked with some cute summer totes and brooches. Also, lets say Samplers, tomorrow, circa 2:00 EST, shall we? On second thought, lets say a bit earlier, like maybe lunch time (noonish?). I think I may just be out of the house at 2!
xoxo,
emily

Your work is just amazing!!! I love your paintings on those cute lil' hedgies. So charming! Thanks for sharing your "(he)art" to the world! A painting reflects the heart of its painter.

what a valuable collection they made off with in that Button Heist, the Squirrel cops will be after them in force, but don't worry because they have a secret hideout dug under a special apple tree with vault to hide the buttons in!

Oh no not only do you have your clothes stolen but are unfortunate enough for a pair of hedgehogs to make off with your button stash!
